In general the atmophere in here is great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Not only do they make it fun but they do an amazing job. I have learned from experience that here is by far the best salon I've been too.

I was in today for the first time ever at the westbank salon. My appointment was with Stephanie. Wow! I was treated like a princess! Stephaine listened to me, asked questions, answered mine. Simply amazing. I told her the week before during my consult what I wanted, I am pleased to say Stephanie followed through! I will be back, I am so happy with my color and cut. I had the pleasure of sitting in Katie's chair yesterday... I walked in the door with no clue what I wanted, but I wanted a change. She sat me down, listened to me go on and on and then gave me her thoughts.... she was understanding of my fear. Katie totally & completely set me at ease. Once Katie had finished the cut, she continued to teach me about the products. I walked out feeling fantastic. I just wanted to say Thank you. For the first time in 46 years, I washed my hair this morning, used Bumble products, blew it dry and out the door.... Normally, it takes mousse, curling iron and a lot of hairspray. No more! It's sleek, flirty, the shine is fantastic. Katie thank you so much. You will be a stylist in demand in no time.
